When you make a reservation with us, you agree to the general terms and conditions, the applicable RECRON conditions, the current park regulations, and the house rules.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for accommodations up to 8 persons are free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
For cancellations within 4 weeks before arrival, the following fees apply, calculated over the total accommodation cost:

• 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
• 14 to 3 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
• From 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
• In case of no‑show or early departure: 100% of the total amount

By making a reservation, you agree to these conditions.
We recommend that our guests take out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance to avoid unexpected expenses in unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds

Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund additional costs. These costs are based on the original reservation and the number of guests provided.
When you make a reservation with us, you agree to the current park regulations and house rules.
You will always receive the applicable conditions together with your reservation confirmation.
